My name is Penny, I am a Doctor and Health Coach.

My Mission

As a doctor and health coach, I am passionate about preventing illness, promoting health and wellbeing and applying lifestyle change to transform lives

1 in 3 people in the UK live with at least one chronic health condition including cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes and cancer. At least 30% of those conditions are reversible or preventable with lifestyle changes, which health coaching can support.

1 in 2 people in the UK will have a cancer diagnosis at some point in their lives and although cancer deaths have fallen, people live with the consequences of cancer treatment which health coaching can help improve.

Employees with chronic health conditions or suffering burn-out have 4 times more sick days than others and are twice as likely to suffer mental health issues which can deplete your team's resilience. Health coaching can enable a better work-life balance, support and re-energise teams who aim for high-performance in the workplace.
